| Standardizing Hardness Tester |
| |
High precision measuring devices are necessary for the presentation of the units
of hardness according to Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers and for scientific purposes.
These devices - called "Hardness Standardizing Machines" (HNME) - are
especially designed devices, which allow to exactly fullfill the procedures described
in the international standards of hardness measuring acording to Brinell, Rockwell,
and Vickers. Therefore the test machines type HNME have a design, which is directed
especially against the exactness of the test forces, the measuring of the depth
of indention, and the test procedure.
The hardness standardizing machine type HNME consists of the hardness measuring
device itself and the control unit. The later contents the hydraulic gear system
and the pressure generating device.
