With the implementation of microsystems, in which materials are exposed to different
loads in micro pumps, micro engines and micro valves, questions of the mechanical
behavior of the assigned materials of such systems come up.
Because of the increased relation of surface to volume caused by the LIGA process
production-determined special structure and the miniaturization of the components,
tests on micro tensile samples are necessary for the characterisation of microstructure
