The W-APG measuring device enables the DIN test method 30643 for determining the smudge and abrasion resistance of lettering and/or coatings on signs to be carried out photomechanically. This test method can be used for surfaces that are exposed to mechanical stresses/forces, such as rubbing, as well as chemical stresses, such as cleaning solutions.

Simple software operation

The software is mapped according to the SEMI standard, so the operator can touch the control switches located all around even when wearing gloves or operate sliders and settings using easily accessible control elements.

3D images for detailed viewing

In addition to the camera-life image, this can also be displayed in real time with a 3D approximation in order to be able to recognize error situations or optical correlations. It is often helpful to view images from a different perspective.

Test planning

The test planning for the cell evaluation process is available transparently in plain text. With the help of the Lua scripting language, which is also used in industrial measurement technology, the entire measurement process can be viewed and adapted. The measurement process can be automated; a coupling with SPC (PLC) / TTL level or a TCP connection is already available
